Is protein harder for the body to digest than carbohydrates or fats? And is that the reason why protein keeps you full for longer?

  1. Protein doesn't really keep you full longer.

    Actually plant cellulose makes you feel full.  

    Animal proteins don't offer any cellulose, but it might make you feel more satisfied, if your body lacks protein.

    Yes, protein is harder to digest.  Carbs are the easiest to digest.

    Eggs are the MOST easily digested animal protein, by far.
