Is putting 2 sub woofers in the back of a 1998 ford explorer worth it?

is it worth putting sub woofers in the back of a 1998 ford explorer ?

plus will i not be able to here when i am 40 lol

all really wantt to do it for is becasue i like the sound of bass! like every teen ;)

I have a 96 toyota 4-runner that is very simular in size and shape to your vehicle.  When I was young I had 4 12 inch subs and I think it was a 350 watt amp and a 600 watt amp.  It must have been loud because my eye ball vibrated.  The wind brew my hair. and the screws came loose all the time on the licsence plate.  Also all I got is complantes from other drivers on the road.

i say go for. but be careful when other people ride with you. i've made some people pretty mad (one girl cried.) and if it starts to hurt your ears turn it down.

No not worth it! You still wanna enjoy the music and with 2 subs.....lotsa distortion!!
