Is quixtar a scam ?

my brother and later i might join im just wondering if anyone in the company or formily in it has an opinion on this...

It depends on how you define "scam"?

Is Quixtar a legit business opportunity?  Yes.

Will you make any money at it?  No, probably not.

There a few things that the Quixtar distributor organizations don't want you to know:  1)  There is a 99.99% chance that you will lose money; and, 2) The people at the top of the organization (The Diamonds) make most (75%-90%) of their money off of the tools and training seminars.  While these tools and seminars are officially optional, you will be highly encouraged to "plug yourself into the system".  You will be told that you can't be successful unless you purchase the tools and attend the seminars though, the truth is, you will never be profitable if you keep buying the tools and going to the seminars.  The "Diamonds" want your money and this is how they get it.  The line "no one makes any money on the tools" is the biggest lie with Quixtar.  The tools are what make the Diamonds money.  One Diamond was even quoted as saying "...without the tool business, he would have to file bankruptcy..."

Don't take my word for it.  Investigate it on your own.  Join Quixtar but don't expect the money to come rolling in.  In fact, most of your money will be going out the door.

Here is an anology that I read on another message board:  "A friend asked me if joining Quixtar was a good business decision.  I told him to take all of his money, put in in a paper bag and run over it with his lawnmower a few times.  The net effect will be the same but it will be quicker and less painful than joining Quixtar."

yes, your need to find a spot in a large corporate titan and work your way up, dont start your own business it will be crushed by stronger corporate powers
