Is "Big Brown" primed for his role as possible Kentucky Derby favorite?

Big Brown sure is one heck of an athlete. And though he may remind us of Curlin, he is a lot different.

Big B has won all 3 of his starts like Curlin, yes, but he has won them differently.

He has different running styles in all his races if you havn't noticed, and going into this Derby as the favorite he needs to put the skills that he's learned from all them races to the test. Because he does have a lot more of experience then Curlin did last year.

Considering Curlin's post number in the Derby last year, that is one thing I think really messed him up. But Big B has experience with a bad post number. Like in the Florida Derby. He at least has a little experience. Better then none..

Now. I like Big Brown. He is my favorite for the Derby. =) I think he can do it, considering what he has shown us in his 3 races. He has a big stride, and that extra run at the end of the race. I believe that if he gets a post number 7-13, he will have a really good shot at the Derby. But if he gets something other then a number in there, he's gonna need to figure out what he's gonna do and work hard to the top of the stretch when they turn for home.

Either way, I think he has what it takes. And it will be really interesting watching him and Pyro.

He seems ready and I hope he has a good trip. I'm rooting for Pyro though. It should be a hard driving stretch duel. I'll be taking the whip to my own flank for the finish. Good luck. Have fun.

big brown will run his race, as well as pryo.....

but i feel...WAR PASS will rebound and win 4 fun!!!!
