Is "Cruise-Pros.com" reliable? Should I continue my booking with them?

Hi,

I am considering booking my cruise on:

www.cruise-pros.com

I was wondering if I can trust this site or if this is all a scam or fraud. Their support center have sent me an email asking for personal information of passengers after I sent them I request of quotes for international customers (family). Please help!

Any experience with them appreciated!

Thanks!

  1. I would call the better business bureau first. Otherwise trust the big sites like Expedia and Travelocity.

My trusted site and agent is ljamiesontinney@cruiseshipcenters.com

I have been burned by crucon and a few other sites. Just remember you get what you are paying for.

  2. Well, they check out with the Better Business Bureau so they're probably fine (see Sources).

Just so you know, cruise line bookings require full legal name, passport #, nationality and date of birth.  So if they're asking for that, don't worry.  But if they ask for your SS#, then worry.  =)

I hope you have a good trip!

  3. Try this site: iBtraveling.com.  This way you can compare the cruises prices with well known companies that deal with cruises.   I use them for all my travel plans and have had no complaints yet.  Have fun though.  Cruises are a blast!
