Is "Free Lotto" real? Do they really pay out the winners as they claim?

I have signed with Free Lotto in March and after few days it appeared that I won $300, $10,000, and $ 1 million.

which are still pending. I am just wondering whether this is real or just another scam.

I've won several million in similar lotteries over the last ten years. Of course everyone I knew won as well and none of us ever received a cent, but maybe you're different somehow.
