If youre talking about HI MARK in Coimbatore, its just a shady consultancy that asks you to pay upfront consultancy fees for getting a well-paying job, or so they claim. I don't know for sure if they will really help you get a job at the salaries they mention on their brochure/flyer or in their emails, so I can't give you an honest answer, sorry about that.
