When I buy honey in supermarket, I notice that some of products don't not clear specify whether the honey is made by bees naturally.

When we say "HONEY", does it alwasy means it is natural and made by bee?

Is it possible to use sugar to make honey? If yes, how can I know whether the honey is made from sugar?

I take honey everyday, I want to make sure that I'm taking nature honey, not sugar!

  1. I'm pretty sure there are some artificial honey out there, especially the cheap ones. Make sure you buy those with good packaging and with "natural" written on it. just follow your gut feeling.

Those packaged in plastic bottles are most probably fake and they taste "artificial". Go for those in thick glass jars or bottles.

If you want real honey you need to go to a health food store and most likely it is going to be expensive!
