kinda...something like.."you have interesting qualities and wanna get to know you better" or "we have somethings in commen and want to understand you better" or "I'm having crush feelings and want to figure you out better so I don't get let down or have my feeling hurt (that might be giving out to much info)..."you are worth getting to know" might be just right ...

It depends on the situation, really. If someone randomly said this to me, I would think that they were into me at least a little.

If you're being interrogated, though, probably not.
