Is "International Herald Tribune" a French paper or an American news paper ?

It is an English newspaper. It is based on Paris. Does it reflect Frech views or reflect American views ?

  1. Abdoucondorcet is right. I used to have a subscription to the IHT back when I was living in Paris. I tried to insert the Wikipedia URL, but for some reason Yahoo has a problem with that...


  2. IHT is an american newspaper (not an english one),  based in paris since 19th century.

    but it reflects only american views, cause it's linked with the New York Times group (they share the correspondants, the news, etc) and it's made for american ppl and readers.

    EDIT: yes, you can buy it in Paris or other french cities! there are many american ppl in france that want to have american news. i do NOT often read it cause im french, but i do know where i could find it : airports, train stations and main touristic areas. you could also easily buy the the english Times, the german Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, the spanish El Pais...
