WARNING: If you don't believe in God and have a "thing" against religion please save it for the R&S. Let's just all be respectful here. Civil. Please.

Now onto the question. Isn't Karma just another word for God? It's like saying God without God? If the "unvierse" is gonna come back for you. . .who's been behind wheel?

Thoughts?

  1. ...NO!!! karma isn't creative ...GOD IS...

  2. God is not Karma. I believe He is the one who gives it to us so we will learn.

  3. I think Karma and GOD are not the same, to be truthful I am not sure why.  It is more of a feeling then some knowen  fact I read in a book.  Always go with the gut and the gut said different.

  4. I can see your point because god is the creator of all so he shall be the one who invented karma, therefore being the one who punishes you for your bad deed in the first place.

But, i also believe that things happen to you because you believe in them. Like the law of attraction and brain waves move all around this universe. In other words, when you believe in Karma thats when it will kit you, because your attracting it to yourself. Yes maybe karma is god, but who really knows in this world? everything is an optical illusion. Everything!

  5. it really depends on the culture in which the term karma is being used. however it is usually based upon the cause and effect that's inherent in nature, and the belief that morality and ethics coincide with it. this concept is viewed as independent of the judgment of god, unless one believe that god exists as nature itself and controls its actions. gods role in karma really does differ among religious philosophies. currently, karma and god are often used interchangeably. however, in my opinion, if one believed that god was the controller of karmic intervention, it would be more accurate to state it as divine intervention. otherwise, one would be discrediting the power and will of god in name of karma.

  6. No.

  7. God is the laws of the universe, including karma and mercy.
