That Means That It Was Refurbished..

And, refurbish mean to renew or to make like new, and that's what they would have done. They would have made it back to factory standard, and make sure everything has been replaced and is in working order..

Why Are The Cheaper Vs.New?

because they can't sell you something to you for the ' new ' price because it was in someone else's hands before it came into yours.

Oh, and there's nothing wrong with buying something refurbished, the camera should have no marks, and everything should look fine, actually, it should be exactly exactly like a brand-new camera.;
