Is "Mung Bean Jelly" high in carbohydrate?

I am on a low carb diet. I wonder if any one knows a dish called Mung Bean Jelly or nokdumuk, which is often found in Korean restaurant, how much carbohydrate does it have? Thanks for answering.

  1. Like tofu it has some carbs but is lower in fat and higher in minerals, I like it and use Mung Bean Noodles quite often along with green been and the Japanese Shiritaki ones.

    They make the Mung Bean Jelly the same way as tofu, by grinding the mung beans and cooking them to extract the proteins, and they then sweeten it and set it with the agar type of gelatin not the animal based one, just like the Japanese Mitsimono.
