Well, I think that you can complain to the Hong kong empassy in Sri Lanka ....

Take all the evidences you have, and the receipts and even the companies phone numbers... and tell them everything about it..

and if they have an office in Sri Lanka ... then go to the police and give your complaint...

Dear friend im also an IR like you , I have been working with questnet for 7 months i also buy 3 products , 3 UVs and they were all delivered to me and i have 43 UVs team under me and they also got their products , I think if you didn't have received your products yet its not because of the company you know questnet is a company with $1.5 billion in annual sales and has no need to do such things .remember that you pursued products from questnet and you have your receipt , maybe there is a problem with delivery system in your country or something else whatever

no need to have concern about it because your products are safe and you will receive them also you should contact company not via email but from your office in quest.net costumer request form , product concern part send a CRF .

2 months ago i was in v-con  malaysia  and I saw company and I see many lives has changed  because of questnet  there was 5000 people there that had one vision , that vision is reaching their dreams that lots of  them had reached their dreams already .

Its not a SCAM , after  7 months in quest net  I’m earning  average of $250 per week  and its just the begging  .  I believe you can also do it you just have to be positive and believe in what you are doing .

Company  is now 10 years old with 4.000.000 IRs  can it be a scam .

I am hoping some one in this community will answer your question as this should be reported to the appropriate authorities

It is definitly a rip off and I feel very bad for how you have been treated.    

All I can advise is to start with your local authorities as they may be able to direct you better than you will get from some of the guys that post stupid make money links to their non-answers.
