It sure sounds like a scam. That postcode is not correct for a start. That address is not recognisable as a London address. Also, that address seems to be linked to various scams. The phone number is a mobile.

It does sound like a scam,so why not look in the yellow pages for some other agencies and avoid the one you describe.Also report them to trading standards in your area.

their is a company called visa uk, but be carefull the one you are talking about may be a scam.

In the uk Companies have to be registered with companies house. the link below is from them but i have also copy/paste its findings as the service closes over the weekend.
