OK, here it is! I keep getting invited to special "Gifting Success Workshops". In these on line workshops they consider "Cash Gifting" as a home based income vehicle.

It seems like a scam or a pyramid.

  3. Cash gifting is definitely legal in the USA!  We have the Constitutional right to gift property, cash, and other assets.  The law states that one or more individuals can give a gift to another up to $12,000 each per calendar year without tax liability to either giver or receiver.

At first it may seem like a pyramid, but it definitely is NOT a pyramid scheme. Before I started gifting I had the same assumption. The huge difference is a pyramid never allows anyone coming at the bottom to ever come to the top. Only those at the top profit and the ones at the bottom never reach it to the top.  In cash gifting, there is no hierarchy of individuals who have an advantageous position or unfair advantage over new participants. You have a very realistic opportunity to receive more money than people who have been doing it for 10 years. The biggest difference is that it really depends who the members of your team are and who's giving you the best advice.

Giving gifts has been an expression of kindness that has been going on for centuries.  It even says in the Bible, "Give and it shall be given unto you."  (Luke 6:38).  When you look at all the websites it may sound too good to be true at first and many people become so skeptical and never give it a try, but cash gifting has changed countless lives for the better.  People about to lose their homes and cars have been saved from financial ruin because they happened to stumble across this awesome opportunity.  Everything happens for a reason.  It's like an answer to their prayers.  There is no selling, no pressure, and no coercion, but it does require you to work the activity.  Nothing ventured nothing gained.  It is a very simple process.  If you are still interested in learning more about gift giving please feel free to go to our website www.cashgiftingduo.com or give us a call and see that we're real people who had the same questions and concerns as you.   We would love for you to come on board our team for the best l-on-l mentoring and coaching.  Taking that first step has changed many people's lives forever.

  4. It is both, it is a pyramid scam.
