Is "the gift" and "the naming" of alison croggon the same?

do they have the same story with different title? because i dont know what will i buy if the gift of the naming.

and also have you read already the three books? is it good? what are your comments about it?

Yes , its the same - "The Naming" is the US title of "The gift", but its the same book.

I have read them last year and found them very good - it was slightly different. The Gift is the first in a trilogy with the second being The Riddle, and the last being the upcoming the Singing (quite looking forward to it). The third book- the Crow - tells the story from the brother's point of view and accompanies it, rather then concluding it, which is a nice twist.
