A very cute girl was riding the Toronto CTC public transportation bus and happened to be seated next to a gorgeous L*****n girl. They were showing the movie "Clueless" on the bus.

The L*****n girl was so turned on to the cute girl sitting next to her that she leaned over and started kissing the girl passionately on the cheek like 50 times.

The cute girl didn't want the kissing, can the L*****n girl be charged?

What crime would this be?

can the cute girl use lipstick on her cheek as evidence?

(But also the cute girl stuck her tongue in the L*****n's ear. Before she complained.)

  1. yes. TECHNICALLY that is sexual assault.

but unless the "cute girl" goes to the police asking for the charge to be pressed, nothing will happen

tongue in ear is probably an assault i think, if it was unwanted.

  2. I think they would be beheaded or stoned...

  3. Maybe the L*****n threatened her at the first place and then rape her after.

  4. the courts would be jealous because they would wish they had two L*****n girls kissing on their cheeks and ears.

  5. I call TROLL  on this one .

    Jim B. Toronto.

  6. I'd say that's Sexual Assault or Misconduct, at best.

But even if an assault is reported, doens't mean the person will be charged.  Does a girl kissing another's cheek really pose a threat to our safety?  I doubt it -- I would hate for Canada's legal resources to be used up on such a frivolous case.

  7. I'm no lawyer but I would definitely think it's sexual assault.
