A very cute girl was riding a public transportation bus and happened to be seated next to a a gorgeous L*****n girl.

The L*****n girl was so turned on to the cute girl sitting next to her that she leaned over and started kissing the girl passionately on the cheak like 7 times.

The cute girl didn't want the kissing, can the L*****n girl be charged?

What crime would this be?

  1. Ha! That sounds like some kind of commercial!

Well, I don't know about the lipstick as evidence, but that can certainly be  something for which the kisser could be arrested. If you forget the image of attractive lesbians kissing, etc and picture a man doing that to a woman on a bus it comes across as more straight-forward and you'd better believe that he could be arrested. In the eyes of the law, there's no double standard when it becomes two attractive women and one of them is being kissed and/or touched in an unwanted way. I believe that the charge there would be sexual assault. It's based on the idea that we all have the right not to be touched in an injurious or sexual manner without our consent.

WAIT A MINUTE - You were there to see them at the police station too??? What's going on here?

  2. It's considered an assault -- regardless of their cuteness or sexual orientation

  3. First I don't belive this story. Second if the girl didn't like it why did she allow it to happne 7 times.

  4.    Sexual assault and assault and battery if the girl wishes to press charges. Depending on the jurisdiction she could even be charged with disturbing the peace, luid and lascivious conduct, being a nuisance in public. How about public display of affections. My wife and i got a ticket for that one in Alabama back in the sixties for kissing on the street. Pick a charge lots of them apply.
