Is raw cocoa butter unhealthy for you?

I have Goji Cocoa Butter at home, and 2 tbsp provides 16 g of saturated fat (healthy kind?)?

  1. That is NOT the "good fat." the only good fat there is, is Polyunsaturated fat, and Monounsaturated fat.


  2. Christy, your B12 deficiency is obviously making you forget everything you learned on your way to earning your PhD in nutrition.  I would recommend in your case (and ONLY in YOUR case) eat a pound a day.

  3. Everything in moderation.

    (And saturated fat is not the healthy kind, poly- and monounsaturated fats are healthy; found in nuts, avocados, and olive oil.)
