So how can department of home security monitor the activities of all those people on the terrorist watch list.They are graded into different security protocols.There is seven different levels of security protocols.About 300,000 people are on level seven.60,000 on level six.20,000 on level five.10,000 on level four .5,000 on level three.4,550 on level two and 30 people on level one.The 30 people on level one are top priority terror suspects and are monitored.The last twenty have yet to be found.
