is there any good treatment available in alternative medicine for etopic skin eczema. i hve been suffering frm it for past 20 yrs.whenever it comes-usually frm aug-jan, i take ointments/tablet. is there any permanent cure in siddha/ayurvedic. it affects me mentally. suggestions pls

i have it too and i was told there is no actual cure, just things to control it.
