Is recruitment consultancy business booming in Chennai now? Is it advisable to venture into this business?

I am a Malaysian and interested to start recruitment consultancy in Chennai. pls advise on the do & dont's, prosedure and how to go about in this business. Great if there is a local partner interested to join venture. Any seminars or forums which I can attend in Chennai for more informations during the first week of February 2008?

It is gr8 business now a days in india, but for this business you have to contacts in companies and you have to potential that much to recruit any one.
