  1. recyle will not be complete answear for need. however it will reduce the some need. recycle water will be use only for non contact application like floor washing, gardening, ertc.

hence potable water need is still remain same

  2. Its a start but what really needs to be done is to plug the massive leaking and unmaintained water systems in cities and towns and cut waste.

Recycling is a start but not the whole answer.

  3. Not the only answer but one of the most important.

    Most European cities use it.

When a city here in  Australia tried to introduce it the opponents kept using the term 'recycled sewage' but I think we've grown up a bit since then.

  4. not for the long term we should learn to conserve water better and also to build better storage facilities to keep every precious drop that we get .

  5. Recycling water is an excellent solution for water shortage. The water that has been used gets passed and treated in water treatment plants, then sent back to the rivers where water for cities are obtained. However this is not a good solution in areas like Africa where there isn't enough budget for building water treatment plants.

  6. Theres always been the same amount of water on earth.  Water has been recycled over and over again.  However, people have been polluting water faster than nature can recycle it.  Better water-waste treatment would certainly help.  Many resoviors are being depleted faster than they are replensihed.  Faster-treated water could cut down on the rate water is taken out of a resovior. There are many causes to water shortages, including climate change, irresponsible industrial development, agriculture, pollution and many more.   Recycled water may be a help but its not the complete answer.

  7. Naturally Water goes itself Recycle ( slow or fast), it won't get shortage  the Volume and Quantity.........only the Moon have No Water.......
