Is red mirchi powder good for health?

I eat lot of red chilli powder through my curries. Is that good for health? or should I reduce using it?

  1. It is good for your arteries and heart in small amounts. Overeating anything can have adverse effects on your body. So my recommendation is to use it sparingly and keep your salt low. Garlic will help your body accept more of the chili powder , but again, too much of anything is unhealthy. You must have a balanced diet.
