Is redbull dangerous?

a family friend died from mixing it with alcohol. was it redbulls fault? if so , why is it dangerous?

Mixing it with alcohol, it is.

Alcohol already raises your blood pressure and everything inside you..so you'd be raising it even more by drinking a red bull too.

It could definitely be dangerous.  Especially if you drink too many and mix it with alcohol and/or exercise.  The caffeine in it is a stimulant which can cause your heart to beat faster than it should and in a different rhythm than it should.   In moderation should be ok but everyone reacts differently to things.  You may not know the answer but how many did he have?  was it on an empty stomach?  was he mixing drinks?  drugs?  did he have an underlying heart problem he may not have known about?  lot of different factors come into play.

Red bull can be extremely dangerous if you drink too much of it or take it the wrong way. Doctors suggest 1 every 3 days or 1 half every 2 days. Red bull can result in heart attack and even death. It can be very risky as well other high energy drinks. Drinking the diet or light Red bull does not make a drastic difference. It is just the same as regular just with less calories.

Overall, yes it is harmful in plenty ways.

how much did the person drink?  you aren't giving enough info to get a good answer.  but consider that millions of people drink red bull, billions drink alcohol, and a large number of people routinely mix the two.  if they were inherently dangerous in moderate amounts, they wouldn't be nearly so popular and legal.

perhaps red bull could keep someone more alert longer and allow them to binge drink later into the night, but i would blame that more on irresponsible behavior than red bull.  if he had been drinking coffee, it wouldn't have even been mentioned.

i  wouldn't  say  it  was  dangerous  like  to  drink  one  can  but  yes  if  you  over  do  it  you  could  end  up with  serious  side  effects   not  only  that  it  will  dehydrate  you  if  you  consume  large   amounts  of  it  it  contains  alot  of  caffein   so  please  be  careful

If your friend had any kind of heart problems, yes it could be very dangerous. If they were using the "real" redbull and not the stuff bought here in the states, yes it could be very dangerous to mix it with anything. People who drink things such as yager bombs, are actually playing with fire if they have a undiagnosed health problem. Was it redbull's fault, no, it was the mixture and probably some health issue with the friend, just a deadly combonation.

It could be because there's a whole bunch of unknown ingredients in there. Also, it could be mixing it with the alcohol that just was not a great mixture.
