Question:

Is registration for the Army 10 Miler in DC closed?

This question is for runners who have knowledge about this event. I have been to the race web site and short of actually completeing the registration, everything I have seen points to the fact that registration is still open. I have checked the website and can not find anything that says registraion is closed. The reason I ask is this, I have seen many people asking for bibs for the race, so they can run, if registration is still open why not just register?
