There are a lot of registry cleaners and defraggers out there for download. TuneUp Utilities, Uniblue RegistryBooster, Registry Mechanic, Desktop Maestro and System Mechanic are some of them.

However, I prefer Registry Mechanic because it has additional deep scan feature, has faster scanning capability, and finds more errors.
