Is regular play clay ok to use for a terrarium?

I am thinking of using clay to help with my water delima...

So is like that play type of clay you can get at hobby lobby good to hold water in a certain spot and not leak?

no, it has chemicals that damage the water, and harm the animal. it would be better to get the specified stuff or whatever. play clay would leak through (i know this much from experiance)
