depends what jail you mean.. like county jail or state jail... state jail is worse because your with murderers and rapist and rehabs just for people with drug problems.... theres some insane people in jail too.. you could get killed or raped or become someones *****!! think about it R-Tard!

yeah. rehab isn't like jail. you got this house you share with, with other people that has the same problem you do. jail is just torture. you get stuck on a 12 x 12 cell.

-Because rehab is positive and jail is negative.

-Because you have a smaller chance of getting shanked in rehab.

-You dont usually get raped in rehab.

Rehab is far better than jail but not because you can "go anywhere you want" . In fact in any rehab centre which has a snowball's chance in h**l of working you most particularly cannot go anywhere until you have progressed far enough through the program to have earned that right.

It is better because when the door opens and you leave rehab you will have a real chance of making something of your life. You can return to school, find a job, marry and have a family of your own. You can travel the world.

What life do you think will be waiting for you when you leave jail? No one will hire you because you have a criminal record. Some jobs -teaching, accounting, medicine, civil service jobs, fire brigade.... you will be prevented by law from even applying for. Not too many jobs left when you take those ones out.

You will never be able to travel to most parts of the world. You will not find many decent girls willing to marry a man with a criminal record. You will have to explain to your children why you went to jail and then try to tell them that they should behave differently from you.

Now you tell me. Which is a better choice?

My Husband would tell you heck yeah it is.Our county jail is not that big right now and you would have to sleep on the floor for a little while under someones Bunk.The food is a lot better also i hear.Plus you get to go use the Bathroom without everyone seeing you.

Yeah. In rehab, their trying to help you kick a bad habit, and it's optional. In jail, you are trapped and sealed out from life and you don't have the choice to check in or out when you want to. You do the math.

You wouldn't be asking if you have gone to jail.  ANYTHING is better than jail.  Prison is better than jail because its made for living, jail is just made for short stays.  The food is atrocious, the guards will treat you badly, you will sleep on concrete floors with a blanket till they decide to move you up to the sleeping levels.  Even if the other inmates leave you alone which they won't you will hate it after 2 minutes of being there.
