Bicycling is good for for your physical health as well as your mental health.  It is a low impact aerobic exercise, you can easily change the intensity and effort, and it is great for toning your legs and butt as well as burning total body fat.  It is great for developing / increasing your balance, fighting off stress and depression. You will want to supplement it with stretching and flexibility exercises as well as some upper body strength training for a well rounded exercise program.  It is also a whole lot of fun, can take you to new places, and if you wish it can also be a social activity.

  10. Yes, it's a good form of cardio, & builds up your leg/butt muscles but most importantly - it's fun!

    Riding down hills, past backed up traffic, thru national parks, climbing over the top of a big hill or anywhere else, puts a smile on one's face - which does wonders to decrease a person's level of stress, which can only be a good thing.

    Cycling = A healthy body & a healthy mind

  12. yes a bike is good to ride for ur health because it burns ur body's calories depending on how far you go you should go on long bike rides in the summer
