  1. i think a swimming pool is the safest place to swim

most of the time rivers are OK

but i have herd of people getting very sick from rivers

  2. Theres always a risk, even in pools, the river is a bit different, more likely to get sick, or get an infection (more common in women)

  3. Lots of sand, waste discharge from drains, kitchens, bathrooms and toilets, dirt and bacteria in most rivers esp those further downstream. Kids who dont study geography or social science are completely unaware of the unhealthy and even dangerous side of swimming in the rivers and seas. How about leeches, poisonous snakes and crocodiles lurking in some rivers? Also strong currents? They all pose a danger all the time and just waiting for the unwary and unfortunate child. Better go to a proper swimming pool.
