  1. it is full of protien and is very good for you, i usually stack it on whole wheat bread with tomato and horseradish sauce.... or roll it with swiss cheese and horseradish sauce.

    but keep in mind, if you get the boarshead brand or another healthier brand with no salt, it will lack in flavor, remember, no salt or fat free also means less or no flavor.....go for the good kind .... the few extra calories are worth it.

  3. Well, it is as healthy as beef can be.  It depends on how it is cooked and the cut.  Different cuts of meat have different fat content.  For example, a fillet mignon would be a les fatty cut than a rib eye.

  4. It has lots of protein and iron.  From the deli is ok, if it's not processed.
