  1. cold is better because it hydrates you more and is better for your body temperature

  2. No, cold is better as it is refreshing and cleans your teeth better due to just about minimum bacteria in it, compared to roomtemperaturw water..(bleh)

  3. Cold has a better taste to it but room temperature water is perfectly fine, I drink it all the time.

  4. I think cold is better because then your body has to heat it to body temperature which burns calories in the process!

  5. Cold water is. How ever frozen water is better. Not completly frozen. I Drink about 10 bottles of water a day. I fill 2 up & put 2 in the freezer. The others I have in the door of fridge. When the bottles start to freeze bout half way I take out I drink . When I take a bottle out I put another back in. Takes bout 3 hrs to get it froze where you want it.

This method helps you burn alot of calories. Reason for this is because your body trys to warm you back up to temp & your body burns calories to warm you back up.  I lose bout 3-5 pounds/wk.. In the spring & summer.

  6. You burn more calories drinking cold water...your body works harder to "warm" it up.

  7. Cold worse for your stomach.

  8. Cold  all the way. Why would pro atheletes drink cold water and gatorade, if it wasn't good for you

  9. dunno but i like cold better

  10. Well it depends.

If water is cold it needs to be raised to body temperature before it is used. This can burn more calories while your body heats up. But if it is hot outside and you are outdoors then you do not want your body to jump in to heat up mode.

Water that is closer to body temperature can be used by your body much quicker. This is vital if you have been exerting yourself and need hydrated or it if is hot out and you need to replace liquids for that reason too.

  11. room temp. water is easier for your body to absorb but cold water cools you off faster . but when it comes down to it water is water unless you flavor it then its just flavored water

  12. I perfer it cold, however it is better to drink it at room temp.

  13. nope it's the same unless you have acid reflux then excessive cold or hot is not good for you!

  14. both of them do the same thing to your body but room temp water is best after exercise because cold water can case cramps

  15. There are nutritionally the same.

However, drinking cold water causes your metabolism to speed up because your body has to work harder to maintain it's normal temperature.

There are myths about cold water not being good, spurred by bogus emailings.
