I have had runners knee all of my life? It's never stopped me from doing something it just causes discomfort during long sit downs and needs to be stretched.I did a 3 mile 60 pound ruckmarch and had no problems.

So can I still join?

  1. As a matter of fact you can!!! I would be willing to bet everyone in the military has a case of runners knee after all the running we do on hard pavement.

  2. probably...they probably wont keep you away because of that...i mean its nothing that can really turn extremly bad if pushed..its just really how you handle it..

and do you even have to tell them about runners knee?
