  1. no. i think 1 mile is enough for me.

  2. if you can already run one mile consisatanly everyday boost it up to two miles, when you get used to it keep boosting the miles. its definatly not too long. i run 3 miles every day.

  3. it depends on how in shape you are.. it depends on if you are running for fun, health, a sport... what?

if it's easy do more.. if not, stay here for a while.

  4. Too little for what?  To stay in shape - no.  To train for track or cross country - absolutely too little.  For those you need 9-10 miles a day.

  5. It depends what you think is best for you.

  6. Actually a day only need to take about 30 minutes to jog. come on two miles, who could finish it?

  7. if its seems to easy do more

  8. i run 7. but im on a varsity team. im in the 7th grade. its very easy. push urself. talk to some1. dont think about runnig.

  9. You should do what you feel comfortable with. Once you get used to it just push a little farther. Two miles is great!! Some can't even walk a half-mile!

  10. no, its too much (for me)

  11. no most people cant even run 1 you must be very fit! go girl!

  12. That has to be based off of your fitness level.  Can you do it easy?  If not then no. If yes then you have two options. 1) Increase the distance you are running   2) Increase the speed you are running the 2 miles.

    Either one will work.

    Good Luck

  13. I think its better than nothing. But are you in a school sport? Like cross country ? Because we run to a minimum of 4 miles a day.

  14. If you are running just to stay in decent shape then two miles a day is fine.  If you are training for a sport like Cross Country or Soccer, then two miles a day is far too little.  For Cross Country you want to try to run about 5-6 miles a day, taking one or two days off.  If you are a high level runner in Cross Country, then you should go for longer runs that are about 8-10 miles about 3 times a week, with the rest of the days at about 5 miles.  Take at least one day off, you don't want to burn yourself out.  For soccer, if you are a High School soccer player then you should be running about 4 miles a day.  Also, you should go up to the track and do some track workouts to improve your speed.

  15. If it's not challenging enough for your body than do more. Keep doing 2 miles until it becomes too easy and then gradually add more running/jogging time.

  16. It depends upon how long you continue to do so. I've read that at some point (6 months to 1 year) you will not get the same results. You will need to increase the distance. I would say that if you were doing 2 miles a day, you would need to increase to 2.7 to 3 miles and then increase proportionally, afterward.

  17. well it is alot 4 me but u can do more if u want it is great that  u r staying healthy and u get ur exercise

  18. Yes,  generally 4-6 helps your weight and gives you immunity from heart disease unless you were born with a congenital heart problem
