Is rynoplasty(nose reshaping gives scares after surgery if so plz explain)?

my nose looks very wide and big... i am really depressed ... even i didn't get any proposals b cos my nose ... last week i went to Dr and he said, he ll be going to put my rib cage bone 2inches on my nose for this surgery i am really scared about this.... is it painful ...will i get scares plz help me

There is nothing to worry,it has become very common to have such surgery now a days,go and get it done,it will change ur entire look and will look so beautifull after surgery,every 1 will have praise 4 u,enjoy the changes.

You'll have scars inside your nose, but they won't be visible from the outside.

The area where the bone's taken from will also scar.

It's a lot of expense and pain to go through for cosmetic reasons.
