Is salad rocket good for you when you are pregnant?

I know spinach is and watercress is ( although a recap would be good)

Are you talking about rocket lettuce (arugula/arugala- can't remember how to spell it)? I would imagine it's fine- veggies are good for you.

What is salad rocket? I've never heard of that before. If its some sort of veggie or maybe fruit then I am sure it would be ok. Ask your doctor.

I would say so as all veg and salad ingredients are good 4 u and ur baby!! :)
