  2. If it has pork in it, then yes.  Most kinds do, unless it specifies otherwise.

  3. There're different types of salami but, this product is mostly made with pork products.  For example the popular Genoa Salami is  prepared with the finest grade of pork. It is seasoned and made according to the tastes of the people from which it comes from, mainly Italy. The sausage is stuffed in straight pork casings about 16 to 18 inches in length. It is closely wound with twine both lengthwise and crosswise and is air dried. Italian and sicilian salamis are made moreorless the same with the exception of , in some cases, different seasonings and maybe a little of beef mixed it.  But, over all yes, salami is a pork product mostly.
