  1. salsa is good for you because it's all veggies and spices

chips are the thing that are fattening and not healthy

  2. Good, at least the fresh salsa is.. All those good fresh vitamin packed tomatoes, peppers, cilantro, lime juice & onions etc.... Gotta b good. Now the store bought salsa might not be as good for you, I'm sure they add preservatives and such in there.

Tortillas aren't good for you, but can't have salsa without em.. Go for the baked or reduced calorie.

  3. My fresh salsa is extremely healthy for you.  It has only 1 TB of olive oil in a huge bowl full (and olive oil is healthy); no added salt and no sugar......  It's just fresh veggies.  On the other hand, the CHIPS are fattening!  Get baked tortilla chips, or use sliced jicama, cucumber or zucchini slices instead

  4. yes it is fine it is tomatoes onion cilantro tomato juice garlic

  5. salsa which is home made is gud eat healthy n be happy

  6. Salsa is absolutely good for you but I wouldn't eat too many chips. The tortilla chips aren't so good for you. You can try dipping raw veggies or baked chips instead of fried.
