Sarah is coming back. I read somewhere she was kept alive as the Company has a different purpose for her. When Michael goes out for revenge he will find out she's not dead, he still has a reason for living and to be "good". Not sure Link and Sucre will survive though... at least that's the buzz, only a few more weeks and we will find out

Yup. Now they're going with "that wasn't her head in the box" excuse. So she'll be back for season 4.
