Is saturday a good day to go alton towers?

It will be really busy but ud be very lucky to go to alton towers and for it to not be busy, plus the weather in this country is so unpredictable, it's raining one minute and sunny the next, so saturday is probably as good a day as any to go to alton towers.

The best time to go to a theme park is a weekday, near the end of the school holidays. Especially if you can cope with going in slightly damp weather. When I last went to Alton Towers' little sister, Thorpe Park, it was like this, and we were able to get on the front row of the rollercoasters, without queuing, all day. You may get discounts too!

I went today at it got really busy..we only got on 5 rides and we had fast passes for oblivion(even though I didn't go on),air,rita,nemesis and the flume! oh and duel is good!! I guess its better than nothing though =]

The weather was a bit cloudy and raint but sunny so its unpredidctable!

I assume it'd be busy on Weekends, try getting down early in the morning like 8-9ish, although it is meant to rain a bit.

Hey;

Weekends are always going to busy whatever you do, even if the weather is terrible. This is because everyone has the same idea: If it's raining everyone will decide not to go- so it will not be as busy; and when hundreds of people have this idea...it turns out to be the same as if it was a nice sunny day :)

Just get there very early, check the opening times and get there about 30minutes earlier;

Then you can go on the bigger rides first. I also strongly recommend fast-track tickets. So go on all of the main rides first; Rita, Oblivion, Air Etc. and then later on, if you want to go on them again you can use your fast-track tickets to do this.
