  1. i think it's good

  2. I sauteed spinach when i cook  not bad if you do it that way, good for your body cuz a lot of protein and vitamin

  3. Excellent, full of vitamins and iron...just allow it to wilt down in a saute pan with a few drops of olive oil and a clove of garlic, sprinkle with salt & pepper, and serve. Very low fat, healthy!

  4. the less you cook the more healthy it is.

  5. Spinach is always good for you as long as all the goodness isn't cooked out of it and you don't use to much oil when sauteing it.  Dark leafy green vegetables are the best...

  6. Spinach is good for you.

It's not the sauteeing that makes it bad, it's what you sautee it in.

If you use a pound of butter, of course it's not the greatest thing.

A little butter, or even something like canola oil, would be OK.

Be careful, though - spinach has a high iron content.  If I eat too much iron at one sitting, it makes me sick.
