Is scarecrow on the scene on the boat?

ok im obbseted with scarecrow and i am hearing rumors that he is on the boat with the prisoners,(the scene wen the african amercan guy with all the markings on him throw the degenator)

I don't know if you could see him.  I didn't notice him, but I wouldn't doubt the idea that he could've been on the boat.

you can catch him in the back corner next to the stairs if you pay attention.

Plus with that scene i thought the detonators were to detonate your own ship and the joker was tricking them.
