Is scarecrow scarecrow still alive after the dark knight?

is he still alvie if so do u think he will be in the next film

He...he never died.  They showed him for 2 whole seconds in the beginning, and he was left (supposedly) for the police.

He survived.  He was left by Batman in the parking garage to be picked up by the police.  He was probably sent to Arkham Asylum.  I don't know if they will bring him back.  I don't think so, but I would have no problem with it.

Yea he's still alive. Batman tied him up for the cops to arrest him. But I doubt he would come back in the next film. He was barely in this one so what are the chances of hime being in the next one.
