It's all propaganda.Here in Reno we have waitresses that have been in a 2nd hand smoke environment for years and only a very small percentage have complaints and those can be attributed to other environmental factors and family history.

I never smoke around other people. I know the risks, I'm not going to put other people in my situation. However, second hand smoke is a problem. Probably not THE problem, which is the carcinogens in tobacco itself, but it is a facet of the ugly beast's face.

It doesn't matter who's hand the cigarette is in, THAT'S not the bad part. The bad part is inhaling it. Last time I checked, you can inhale something without having to hold it.
