Is selling lemonade on New Jersey beach legal?

I was planning to walk around the beach selling lemonade. Does anyone know if you need some kind of liscence or if you are even allowed to do this. I would probably be in Ocean City.

You'll need a business license and a health dept permit.  And a food handlers card.  And it's probably not worth the headaches.
