Well the only thing in sperm that could be used for fuel is the Nitrogen and Acid. They could be used to tear down other emissions in Power Plants then those torn down emmisions could be used for Alternative fuels.

But the only problem is the Income of Sperm. I dont think the National Power Grid is going to start accepting Factories of men Jerking it into a Sperm Collector grid.
