Is sendearnings safe for a 15 year old?

I joined sendearnings yesterday and so far it seems to be real and not a scam. It's free, for the first part and then after you become good and want to start making bigger dollars, you can sign up for a ten dollar fee and they give you in return a ten dollar bonus for signing up. Then you can play their games for .50 cents (the easier games) and if you win, you get a dollar. Got to be good at messing around on the internet and playing games. Games are like Yahoo! games.

I don't see how it won't be safe for a a 15 year old. Just use fake names. Same as any other thing on the internet.
