September and October are the most perfect months in Egypt

If you are used to hot weather then September will be perfect for you. Otherwise October/November are better months if you are planning to come this year. March/April are very good months too.

I was there in September last year and went diving.  It was amazing.  I have been diving in Sharm and Taba Heights and really think that Taba is better for diving.

It will be hot but also a nice breeze

been the end of september it was over 100 degrees no no no try aprilor december

Yes it is a very good time, you can dive in Alexandria diving centre, or you can go to Hurghada or Sharm El sheikh.
